Mara Brotman
Mara Brotman
MACP, RP
Registered Psychotherapist
Mara is a relational therapist who works with individuals and couples to navigate challenges, strengthen connections, and create meaningful change. She offers a supportive space where you can explore important life decisions, break out of unhelpful patterns, and begin to soften the survival strategies that may no longer serve you.
Together, you’ll work toward your personal goals, with a focus on moving from simply getting through life to truly feeling grounded, connected, and able to flourish.
In sessions, Mara helps you understand how your nervous system, thoughts, and body work together. By building a greater sense of safety and awareness, you can move away from constant alertness or avoidance and toward deeper, more fulfilling relationships — with yourself and others.
Mara supports clients navigating communication challenges, trust issues, feeling disconnected in relationships, and differences related to fertility or sexuality. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experience.
If you are ready to begin your journey towards psychological wellness, please reach out to Mara.
