With a background in child care, I have a special place in my heart for supporting youth and families, particularly those managing ADHD. I understand how ADHD affects emotions, relationships, academics, and daily life, from navigating big feelings to coping with school pressures, social challenges, and organization. I also recognize the toll it can take on family dynamics and strive to provide compassionate, ADHD-informed support that empowers youth to thrive and helps families foster understanding and connection.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
