Depression Therapy

Depression is one of the most common mental health conditions and experienced by most of us in our lifetimes. There are many types of depression, including major depressive disorder, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), and hormonal/life change disorders such as prenatal and postpartum depression, as well as pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). Other types of depression may not be classified in clinical terms, but feel very debilitating to those of us that suffer.

We provide a safe and healing environment to share your thoughts and feelings, at your pace. Our focus is on sharing and healing, adding positive change into your life to help make you feel better.

When we feel depressed, we often feel very alone. All of our therapists are trained in depression therapy and have experience working with clients facing depression. You are not alone, and we can help.
